Watershed Plan Community Survey

About this survey

The Flood Safety District is creating their first 10-year Watershed Improvement Plan. This plan will guide future work and partnerships to help protect people from floods and keep the environment healthy in the Columbia Slough area. Taking this survey will include your voice in this process. The more voices that are heard, the more this plan will serve the needs of the community.

This online survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. You don’t have to take the survey if you don’t want to, and you may skip any question or stop the survey at any time. At the end of the survey, you can choose to enter a raffle to win one of three $100 Visa gift cards. We care about your privacy. Your answers will be kept confidential.
