Things to know before you start:
- To take the survey in Spanish, use the Language dropdown menu in the top-right of this window (the default setting is English).
- The deadline for responses is 26th March 2026.
- You can save your progress and come back to your submission later. Look out for the ‘Save & Continue’ option at the top right of your page.
- We have produced a range of support materials to guide you through your submission:
- To streamline your data collection, you can download the survey questions in PDF (English and Spanish) and Word (English and Spanish) formats. We kindly ask that final responses are submitted through the online survey.
- The data you submit is treated as strictly confidential. Fee earner engagement data is the only data that is attributed to firms in the Index. All other data will only be used to inform our industry analysis in an anonymised and aggregated form.
- Please refer to the 2024 Index to see how data is presented.
- The Index provides trusted benchmarks on pro bono participation and evidence-based insights to strengthen pro bono practices across the globe. We do not present the findings as a ranking or league table.
