MDE School Building Code Information:

Your MDE School Building Code is your Site Agreement Number and is available in the Coordinated Application within NexSys through MDE.

If you do not have access or are unsure of your school's Site Agreement Number, follow these steps:

1. Visit the Education Entity Master (EEM).
2. Enter your school district in the search bar.
3. A list of schools affiliated with the district will appear. Click on the district name to open a detailed information page.
4. Scroll to the bottom to locate a table and select the 'Member Sites' tab.
5. This section displays Site Names along with their Agreement Numbers. The Agreement Number is the number you need.

Note:

Site Agreement Numbers consist of the 5-digit district code followed by the last four digits of the building code, forming a 9-digit number.
