Welcome to the UDIM + FDF High School Chocolate Milk Reimbursement Program!
Michigan and Florida High School Athletic Association member schools, including athletic teams and high school clubs, may apply for reimbursement of up to $500 for chocolate milk purchased to help students refuel after activities.
The High School Chocolate Milk Reimbursement Grant is designed to support students' growth, development, and overall well-being.
