Thank you for your interest in the Autism Mentorship Program (AMP). Visit our Eligibility page to review the eligibility criteria for mentors.

We’re excited that you are interested in mentoring! We would like to know more about you.

This online application form is the first step of the application process. It should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

The entire application process has four parts:

A virtual interview to meet you and discuss your application
Two reference checks
A background check

We will use the information you provide in this form as a starting point for your interview to learn more about you and what qualities would be a good fit for a potential mentee.
