This version of the RMH Compass Survey has been designed specifically for the 100 largest US employers who are participating in the inaugural RMH@Work Corporate Index.

We strongly recommend companies compile their responses and required documents prior to inputting data into the online survey. Your survey completion experience will be streamlined if data has been gathered in advance. To download the RMH Compass Survey Worksheet, click

Be sure to enable Macros to get the full functionality built into this worksheet.
Once you have completed the Registration page, be sure to click "Save for Later" to receive a unique URL to your draft of the survey. You can continue working in the survey after selecting "Save for Later".
Toward the end of the survey, you will have a chance to review your Completion Status prior to submitting your responses.
If you would like other colleagues to review your survey, you may share with them the unique URL you receive via email. However, if multiple users make changes to your survey at the same time, some data may not be stored. We recommend closely coordinating any edits and reviews with your colleagues.
