You’ve taken the first step toward measuring and benchmarking your company’s reproductive and maternal health (RMH) benefits.
Before you jump into the survey, we want to share a few tips:
- Having an employee handbook and health plan summary handy can help;
- The survey should be completed based on your whole U.S.-based workforce;
- If you don’t know the answer to questions, don’t worry - at the end of the survey you’ll have a chance to “forward” questions to other colleagues who have that information. You can even add a custom message to those emails when they’re sent;
- The survey takes less than an hour to complete. If you don’t have time to finish it in one sitting, be sure to click the “Save for Later” toolbar at the bottom of the next page to make sure your answers are captured.
- We do not sell data and will only use your responses for aggregated, anonymous benchmarking purposes. Read more about our privacy policy here.
