Request for Braille Graphics Packages for Math/Science Hybrid Adaptive Tests (HAT)

This form is to request braille graphics packages for the mathematics or science Hybrid Adaptive Tests (HAT). This graphics package contains just the graphics on the associated tests and is meant to be used in conjunction with the computer-based test and other local braille technology.
