HSC Survey on Disaster Resiliency Planning Tools

HSC is launching a project to revise our Disaster Resilience Program planning tools, templates, and trainings. Our goal is to develop materials and processes for planning that HSC members will find relevant and intuitive to use.

We are working to revise the HSC Emergency Plan Template, create sample plan sections that organizations can tailor to their needs, and create virtual trainings with a focus on continuity planning – keeping your organization running while your normal way of operating has been disrupted.

This short survey will allow you to share challenges you are facing related to emergency/continuity planning at your organization, and provide feedback on your past experience with HSC's Disaster Resilience program training and tools.

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
