2027 Managed Service Provider (MSP) 500 Application

Welcome to the 14th annual CRN MSP500 survey. The MSP 500 is CRN's annual recognition of top MSPs operating in North America. Results will be published on CRN.com on February 8th, 2027.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN: We use a variety of metrics to determine MSP500 placement. Based on your responses in this application, your company's placement on the MSP 500 will fall into one of three categories: 

• Pioneer 250 - Pure-play MSPs whose managed service offerings represent the company's primary business model/revenue source.
• Elite 150 - Solution Providers/Channel Resellers serving mainly mid-sized/enterprise level clients who have successfully established a large-scale managed services portfolio.
• Managed Security 100 - MSSPs/MSPs with a strong managed security service offering (examples include: managed firewalls, intrusion detection, & general security management) as a major part of their overall business.

This short questionnaire should only take about 20-25 minutes to complete. PLEASE NOTE: responses related to revenue breakdowns and other company detailed information will NOT be published unless noted; they are used to verify award qualification only unless otherwise noted.
