2027 Lone Star Fireworks Festival Food Vendor Contract

Attention: At this time we do not have our 2027 date set. You can still sign up and we will follow up with you once the date it is established.

Set Up: 8am-4pm
Tear Down: 10pm (after fireworks finale)
Vendor Fee: $205 due by 10/1/2027 (payable by check, PayPal or Venmo)

8. In the event that the Lone Star Fireworks Festival is cancelled, a total refund for the vendor fee will be returned to the vendor.

A vendor can cancel their reservation for a full refund on or before 10/1/2027.

The vendor fee of $205 is due no later than 10/1/2027.

The Vendor also agrees to the following conditions of this contract:

9. All vendors will arrive before 3:30 pm on the day of the event. *This question is required.

10. No alcohol sales are allowed. The Lone Star Fireworks Festival is not insured or approved for the sale of alcohol. *This question is required.

11. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own water and power supply. *This question is required.

12. Vendors will cooperate by keeping the Food Vendor area clean. Trash receptacles will be provided. *This question is required.

13. For the best experience for all vendors and to avoid duplicates, we ask that you limit your menu to what is specified to the Festival. If you have questions, please contact Beth Stasey at 817-999-7981. *This question is required.

14. Because of the nature of the festival only being 4-5 hours long, we highly recommend that you have food items ready to sell or prepared quickly to maximize your sales. *This question is required.
