The NAAE Teacher Recruitment and Retention Innovation Forum will bring together ag educators, researchers, leaders, and innovators to explore new ideas, share successful strategies, and collaborate on solutions that strengthen and support the agricultural education profession. It’s designed to spark conversation, inspire fresh thinking, and help us continue building a strong pipeline of future ag teachers while supporting the ones we already have.
Purpose:
Create an interactive space where participants can learn from current research, examine promising practices, share successes and challenges, and develop practical strategies to strengthen the agricultural education teacher pipeline and retain educators throughout their careers.
Audience:
Agricultural education leaders and STAR program leaders, teacher educators, state staff, state ag teacher association leaders, researchers, school leaders, and others working in teacher recruitment and retention.
