Welcome to the survey for Phase 4 of the Santa Monica Airport Conversion Project.
In the last survey, you were asked to provide feedback on the Framework Diagram which organized the park site into eight districts. This Framework Diagram worked to build shared understanding and consensus about what goes where by identifying key districts, while still allowing flexibility for future discussion, refinement, and decision-making.
In Phase 4, the planning team has taken the feedback received and advanced the Framework Diagram to a further refined and detailed draft Illustrative Master Plan that provides a conceptual, early-stage vision of the full park’s final design.
We encourage you to review the results from the Framework Diagram (Phase 3b) Survey (link here) for additional background and context before beginning the survey.
Before you begin, please note:
- This survey is best viewed on a computer or large tablet; we recommend using a larger screen rather than a mobile phone, but a phone will work.
- The survey should take approximately 5–7 minutes to complete.
- You may select “Save and continue later” at the top of the survey and enter an email address to save your progress. A unique link will be emailed to you so you can return where you left off.
