This survey is designed for current staff at any US art museum. Your responses will be kept completely anonymous, and all reporting will be done in aggregate only.

Your responses will contribute to MMF’s report 2027 Workplace Equity and Organizational Culture in US Art Museums, which will be publicly available on MMF’s website in fall 2027. Please visit the FAQ page to read more about the confidentiality of your responses and how your data will be used.
