The City of Castle Pines is updating its
2021 Comprehensive Plan. This update will capture the community’s shared values and will reflect current City Council priorities and new state-required elements, including strategic growth and water supply. The update will cover all 9.5 square miles within Castle Pines’ city limits and address topics ranging from land use and housing to transportation, parks, open space, and economic development. It will integrate recent planning initiatives such as the Three-Mile Plan and Economic Development Strategic Plan.
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on the future of Castle Pines. Your input will help shape the vision, goals, and priorities of the updated Comprehensive Plan, which will guide Castle Pines’ policy direction and growth for the next 10 years.
This questionnaire should take approximately 6 to 8 minutes to complete.
