NAPO2027 Speaker Interest Form

Deadline to submit: Sunday, November 8, 2026. All applicants will be notified by November 13, 2026.

NAPO has chosen the eight topics and suggested outcomes each one should deliver. You bring your expertise and your teaching style. You'll write the final session description and learning objectives around those outcomes. 

• Format: One live 90-minute session (including Q&A) 

• Dates: Sessions will be held April 28–30, 2027* (exact times TBD) 

• Post-Session Commitment: Presenters must monitor and respond to a virtual discussion thread for 2 weeks following their session (April 30–May 14, 2027) 

• Compensation: $400 per presentation (note: if a session has more than one presenter, the $400 is split. No additional compensation is provided for co-presenters) 

• Perk: Each presenter receives a non-transferable complimentary registration to NAPO2027 Level Up 

 

What to Expect as a Presenter 

1. Platform & Prep: Sessions will be hosted on Zoom. Presenters must attend a tech rehearsal/prep session before their live date. 

2. Content Deadlines: Preliminary slides/materials are due by March 1, 2027, with final slides/materials due by April 1, 2027. 

3. Attendee Resources: Presenters are expected to provide a handout, workbook, or resource list for attendees. 

4. Recording & Usage: Sessions will be recorded. NAPO2027 Level Up attendees will have full access to the recordings for five years. Six months after the live Level Up sessions, NAPO will make the individual recordings available to members and guests for purchase on-demand via NAPO University for up to five years. 

5. Promotion: Presenters will be asked to help promote their session via their social media and other channels. 

6. Support Provided: NAPO will provide a moderator for each session, tech assistance, a slide template, a branding guide, and deadlines. 

7. Working Together: The Task Team will be your contact from selection through the event and will review your completed presentation before it goes live.
