4. Election FacilityTour Rules and Requirements:

*Visitors will be required to sign in and wear a “Visitor” badge at all times.
*Please do not bring bags, purses, fanny packs, backpacks or other personal belongings with you. We will provide a locker for such items, but the best advice is to leave them at home. You may bring a water bottle or thermos cup.
*No taking of photos, nor any audio/video recording is permitted.
*We will not entertain debates or arguments of a political or other nature.
*Disrespectful, disruptive or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone exhibiting such behavior will be asked to leave immediately.
*Tour will be limited to the first 30 people to register.
*All attendees must register separately for a spot on a tour (if you want to come with a friend or guest they must also register individually so we have a proper head count).
*If you register for a tour but cannot attend for any reason, please email tskelley@arapahoegov.com as early as possible to open up the spot for someone else.

Elections officials and workers have been targets of threats in recent years. Security rules and policies are designed to balance transparency with the security and safety of our election judges, visitors and staff.

Registering for a tour affirms that you understand and agree to follow the rules set forth above. If any attendees cannot abide by these rules they will be asked to leave immediately.
