In-Person - SF - Health Features

This pre-screen will take about 5-6 minutes to complete and is for 30-minute IN-PERSON one-to-one sessions taking place October 6th - 8th in the Santa Clara / Cupertino area. If selected and scheduled to participate, you will be paid $150 USD via your choice of PayPal, Venmo, Amazon or Visa gift card after the conclusion of the in-person session and your participation has been verified. These interactive sessions are for participants with medically necessary devices to help us learn more about people's health and their relationship with technology. The sessions are confidential and responses will be aggregated without personally identifiable information. Participants will be required to show photo ID and sign a confidentiality agreement. There will be no attempt to sell you anything.

Your responses to the following questions will be kept confidential and only used for our review and selection process in determining your eligibility for participation in this project. We follow established market research privacy and data protection standards, and will never sell, barter, or trade your personal information.
