CCR Public Preview: Approval feedback survey

Introduction

Thank you for participating! We'd love to better understand your experiences thus far using Copilot Approvals* on your pull requests with a brief survey; we are eager for your thoughts about Copilot Approvals specifically, not Copilot Code Review overall. 

Participants who complete the survey are invited to enter a drawing for one of 2 $150 gift cards (see sweepstakes rules). To receive a gift card, you must add your contact info at the end of the survey. We may also invite those who are interested and qualify to a 1:1 paid interview.

*Copilot Approvals includes an approval-readiness assessment in your PR overview comment, and when enabled by an admin, Copilot can submit an approval that counts toward the repository’s required-approvals rule as pictured below.
