Laurel Photovoice Photo Submissions - Photo Submission Ages 12-17

Instructions

As a participant of Laurel County's Photovoice Project, you were asked to consider the following when taking pictures to submit.
We ask that each participant submit no more than 5 pictures.

something that makes it easier to be healthy in Laurel County.
something that makes it harder to be healthy.
something in the community that helps you be healthy.
something in the community that needs to change to improve our health.

For each picture, we ask you to provide a narrative of why you chose the photo/what the photo means to the health and wellness of Laurel County.

If you have multiple pictures to submit, you must submit each picture individually.
