Laurel Photovoice Photo Submissions - Adult (ages 18 and over)

As a participant of Laurel County's Photovoice Project, you were asked to consider the following when taking pictures to submit.
We ask that each participant submit no more than 5 pictures.

Something in your community that helps you, your family or others live well.
Something that makes your community a good place to live.
Something that you think impacts our community’s health and safety in a positive way.
Something that you think impacts our community’s health and safety in a negative way.
Find other prompting statements in the Instructions Document.

For each picture, we ask you to provide a narrative of why you chose the photo/what the photo means to the health and wellness of Laurel County.
If you have multiple pictures to submit, you must submit each picture individually.
