Licensees Authorized to Cultivate
Licensees authorized to cultivate adult-use and medical cannabis are required to track and report resource use annually, as described in 9 NYCRR 123.4(g) and 9 NYCRR 113.26, respectively. This is the Office of Cannabis Management's platform for submitting that information.
Who must complete this survey
• All licensees authorized to cultivate who were licensed on or before December 31, 2025, regardless of operational status.
• Licensees who submitted an attestation after September 4, 2026, must complete this survey within 30 days of the platform launch.
What you'll submit
• Information about your cultivation space(s), lighting and HVACD equipment, energy and fuel use, water consumption, cannabis yield, and waste for your annual submission.
Before you begin, it is helpful to have the following on hand
• Utility bills or internal records for electricity, water, and any other resources consumed for each month of your 12-month tracking period.
• Make, model, and number of lighting and HVACD equipment. Equipment spec sheets are helpful.
• Yield and waste records.
You may save your progress and return to finish later. You must close out of the survey to receive an email with the survey link to continue later.
