The Jofa Strategic Plan Survey
Thank you for taking a few minutes to complete the Jofa survey. As Jofa works on a new strategic plan, we want to hear directly from you about what is working, what is not, and where we should focus next. This survey takes about 15 minutes and is 100% confidential. All feedback will be shared in the aggregate.
Most questions are optional, so feel free to skip anything you would rather not answer. A small number of questions are required (indicated by an asterisk*) because your answer helps us direct you to the right set of follow up questions. If you have any technical problems with the survey, please email mark@nishmaresearch.com. Once you complete the survey, you'll be entered into a drawing to win one of five $25 gift cards!
