Licensees Authorized to Cultivate
On September 4, 2026, at 5:01 PM EDT, the Office will be sunsetting the use of the PowerScore platform for resource benchmarking and annual resource tracking for licensees authorized to cultivate adult-use and medical cannabis as described in 9 NYCRR 123.4(g) and 9 NYCRR 113.26, respectively.
Annual resource tracking reporting was due August 31, 2026, for all licensees authorized to cultivate who were licensed on or before Dec. 31, 2025, regardless of operational status.
Licensees may continue to use the PowerScore platform to submit resource tracking information through 5:00 PM EDT on September 4, 2026. Licensees who miss this deadline will need to submit an attestation that they will complete necessary resource tracking within 30 days of a new platform being made available.
