Community Trust South has commissioned Base Insights to undertake an independent Perceptions and Awareness Survey.
Your feedback will help Community Trust South better understand community awareness and perceptions and inform how it connects and engages with communities across its area.
People aged 18 years and over are invited to share their views.
All responses are completely anonymous and no findings will be reported in a way that could identify an individual, group, or organisation.
The survey:
- will take about 10 minutes to complete
- is voluntary
- will not influence current or future funding decisions
- includes an optional entry into a draw to win a $100 Prezzy Card.
Prize draw contact details will be collected separately and cannot be linked to your survey responses.
If you have any questions, please contact brianne@baseinsights.co.nz
