The Thomson Reuters Foundation is conducting a pilot survey on Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) for companies in Thailand and Malaysia. The purpose of this survey is to help organisations understand and report on their current human rights and workforce management practices.
The survey consists of 20 questions covering topics such as workforce characteristics, health and safety, pay, collective bargaining, training, and your organization’s human rights policies and processes. Questions are divided into core and additional sections; companies with limited time can complete only the core section, which should take about 30 minutes, subject to the accessibility of the data being requested. Each question is accompanied by guidance on how best to answer and what data points to include.
All responses are confidential and will only be seen by the Thomson Reuters Foundation and your organization. Data will be shared with investor supporters only in anonymised and aggregated form through an insights report.
