District Request for Review of Curricular Resources 2026- 27
Completed survey forms must be received by end of day Friday, October 30, 2026.
Dear Superintendent/Leader:
Please complete this survey or forward to a designee for completion. Only one survey will be accepted for each district/program. If more than one survey is returned for a district/program, MDE will use the first submission received.
The purpose of this survey is to offer your district an opportunity to request up to three (3) curricular resources to be considered for review as part of the Minnesota READ Act Ongoing Curriculum Review Process for 2026 - 27.
The Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) will compile results of surveys to help determine which resources will be reviewed, as well as the total number of programs to be reviewed.
