This webinar will introduce the new English Learner Success: Targeted and Focused Monitoring Criteria Toolkit. Participants will explore how to navigate the toolkit and use its explanations, resources, and examples to examine local policies, practices, and implementation. The session will connect the monitoring criteria to the Castañeda three-pronged test. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of how to use the toolkit to support monitoring readiness, ongoing compliance, and continuous improvement of English learner programs.
