Program Change Disclosure

If districts make substantial changes such as expanding, renovating, or moving a program learning space necessary to instruct on the CTE Frameworks, DESE must complete a Program Change Review. This process must be initiated by the school by completing this form.

The CCTE liaison or another CCTE team member will then work with you to schedule a date to visit the new/renovated space. CCTE will review to ensure the space adequately addresses the CTE framework. The review will also include safety and accessibility feedback. The form should be completed at the earliest possible time the district is aware a change will be occurring to give the most time for pre-planning and scheduling with the DESE team.
