Beyond the Cap is designed to help our Alumni and first generation college students gain hands on career experience and meaningful professional opportunities while pursuing their college education. Through professional development, employer engagement, and paid micro internship opportunities, students build the skills, confidence, and real world experience needed to successfully transition from college to meaningful careers.
Our goal is to ensure students graduate with more than a degree. We want every student to graduate with professional experience, expanded professional networks, and the confidence to enter today's workforce.
