Expression of Interest to join the NHS Wales Mental Health Research Lived Experience Panels

We are looking for people aged 14+ to join 2 groups (1 for young people and 1 for adults) to help us shape mental health research in Wales.

If you would like to register your interest, please complete this Expression of Interest form by Sunday 27 September, 23:59.
When you submit this form, it will not automatically collect your details like name and email address unless you provide it yourself. We will also ask for a few details about you, this information will allow us to report on the diversity within the group.

We want to include participants from a wide range of geographical areas, backgrounds, and experiences on the panels. The information you provide will help us achieve a balanced and representative selection. Your personal information will be treated confidentially, stored securely, and used only to support the selection process, in line with UK GDPR requirements.
