J-07/Topic SC-10: Planning and Implementation Considerations for Alternative Propulsion Transit Vehicles in Rural Public Transportation
J-07/Topic SE-09: Transit Cleanliness – Understanding the Current Condition and Perceptions Across the Transit Industry
J-07/Topic SG-22: Inter-Jurisdictional Approaches to Cost Sharing for Regional Transit Services
J-07/Topic SG-23: Data-Driven Approaches for Optimizing Transit Parts Procurement, Lead Time Risk, and Critical Spare Parts Planning
J-07/Topic SG-24: Transit Agency Practices for Automating NTD Operational Data Reporting

The TCRP Synthesis J-07 program is now seeking individuals or firms interested in conducting research for these topics. Interested parties should submit the following by Monday, September 21, 2026:

A cover letter (a concise statement of topic knowledge and relevant experience, no more than two pages), and
A current resume or CV

Each 12-month contract is awarded as a fixed-price agreement in the amount of $75,000. The selected contractor will be contacted by the responsible TCRP Program Officer in September to begin the contractor process.
