ICBI41 Hotel Discount Form

Any ICBI41 participants who book a room at the conference headquarters hotel - the Hyatt Regency Dallas - are eligible for a $200 discount** off their registration tickets. Once you submit this form, you will receive an email with the code in it.

*Note - InBIA will check this list against the hotel reservations list to ensure everyone who submits this form has also booked a room in the block.
