Purpose
This survey asks what you think about how things are going with your child and with the school. Answering these survey questions can help improve how your school engages families.
Your school has applied for the recognition of a Family Engagement Certificate. There are five possible levels of honor, all of which require families and staff members to participate in this survey. Your participation is greatly appreciated!
Keeping Your Answers Private
Your name is not collected and cannot be used in any reporting. All feedback will be provided to the school as a summary.
Doing the Survey is Voluntary
The survey will take about 10 to 12 minutes and is completely voluntary.
