Communicating and disseminating CHDI's research, publications, data, and resources on children's behavioral health to providers, schools, policymakers, families, and advocates is an important strategy to achieve our mission.
Learning more about our audiences, your preferences, and your experiences with CHDI's communications efforts through this survey will help us provide more effective and useful resources in the future!
As a token of appreciation, 20 survey respondents will be randomly selected to win a $25 Visa gift card. All respondents who complete the survey by Friday, October 9, 2026, will automatically be entered into the drawing!
The drawing will take place on October 12, 2026. Winners will be notified and verified via email on or around October 12, and gift cards will be sent via email the week of October 19, 2026.
