Welcome to the 2026 Michigan Rehabilitation Services Vendor Survey
Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS) has partnered with Public Consulting Group (PCG) to conduct this survey. Your feedback will help inform improvements to service delivery, strengthen vendor partnerships, and identify opportunities to improve how MRS and vendors work together to serve customers.
Participation is voluntary. All responses will be kept confidential and reported only in aggregate. Individual responses will not be attributed to you or your organization.
The survey is expected to take approximately 15 minutes to complete and will remain open through
September 4, 2026.
If you need to return to the survey at a later time, select 'Save and Continue Later' at the top of your screen, enter your email address, and use the link that will be emailed to you to resume the survey. You may skip any questions you don’t want to answer or you feel are not applicable to you.
