WSDA Japanese Beetle Treatment Community Experience Survey

Help improve Japanese beetle communication and treatment outreach in South King County.

The Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) is learning how residents, property owners, renters, businesses, and community partners experience its Japanese beetle information and free yard-treatment program. Your feedback will help improve how information is shared and how people are supported in making a decision about treatment. To learn more about the overall program, please follow this link to the 2026 Treatments website.

The survey takes about 8-10 minutes. You may skip any question or stop at any time. Your decision to participate, and anything you say, will not affect your eligibility for services or how WSDA treats your property.

If you qualify, you will be linked to a separate form to provide contact information to receive an optional $25 gift card (digital or physical). The gift card is compensation for your time and perspective. It is not payment for consenting to treatment, and you may receive it regardless of your views.

Your survey answers will be analyzed in summary. Contact information collected for gift card delivery will be stored separately from your survey answers.

If you have any questions or concerns related to this survey, please contact Dr. Anthony Campbell at anthonyc@athenaplace.com
