The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) is planning to redevelop a vacant lot at the intersection of Parker Avenue and Washington Street in Poughkeepsie’s Northside neighborhood. The Parker-Washington Lot is part of the Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park. This planning process presents an opportunity for you to identify recreational and community needs that will help OPRHP determine what will be developed at this lot. Completing this survey will provide information about yourself and how you think the city/area could benefit from this project.
