Thank you for your interest in participating in School Daze, a community celebration designed to connect LGBTQIA+ youth and young adults (ages 15–24) with organizations, resources, leadership opportunities, and affirming spaces as they prepare for the school year.
Hosted by WELL.YES Philadelphia, School Daze brings together community organizations, healthcare providers, advocates, educators, and youth-serving programs for a day of engagement, learning, wellness, and celebration.
There are two ways to participate:

Host a resource table where attendees can discover your services, ask questions, receive materials, participate in activities, and connect directly with your organization.
- 30 tables (with 2 chairs each) are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Our team will follow up to confirm your setup needs.
🎤 WELL.YES Link-Up Sessions ALL SPOTS ARE FILLED
Link-Ups are 10–15 minute interactive presentations designed to educate, inspire, and engage attendees throughout the day. Rather than simply tabling, organizations have the opportunity to take the spotlight and showcase the work they do through engaging demonstrations, conversations, or activities.
Only 7 WELL.YES Link-Up Sessions are available, so we're encouraging interested programs to reserve their spot early.
In addition, for a greater push we are creating a template promote the organizations that will be present at this year's School Daze. If you are able to table, please upload your logo and add your social media information for cross/collaborative promotions. Partner registration closes Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 11:59 PM. After this date, we will begin finalizing the event layout, promotional materials, and participant logistics, and we may be unable to accommodate additional organizations.
