Conducted by the City and County of San Francisco, this survey will directly inform local policies, school district collaboration, and community services by addressing everyday challenges and systemic barriers.
Who should take this survey:
- San Francisco families or caregivers with children ages 0–24
- San Francisco young adults ages 18–24
Your responses are kept completely confidential (overall results are shared only in aggregate with city departments and SFUSD) and findings will guide how services are prioritized, delivered, and improved across the city.
