PPAI Expo 2027 – Speaker RFP

The industry's largest trade show provides the opportunity to see tens of thousands of branded merch and more than a thousand exhibitors. The PPAI Expo serves as the launchpad for the year, with new events and products every year. This 4-day event includes a professional development conference day followed by three days of open show floor with products from both domestic and international brands.

The PPAI Expo Conference is all about professional development, and we want you, experienced industry insiders, to help us provide education for the attendees. The majority of the audience with be distributor salespeople, from those who are new to the industry, all the way up to C-Level Executives and Business Owners.

The average breakout session will have 250 attendees in the audience, and some sessions can go up to 400. You will be on stage, with a confidence monitor in front of you, and screens on each side of the stage. The session may be recorded, and there will be a professional photographer taking pictures. 

Timeline:

• Friday, September 4, 2026: Completed Request for Proposal, with all required attachments returned to PPAI.
• Wednesday, October 7 through Friday, October 9, 2026: Final decisions will be made, and all speakers will be notified, Speaker Agreements will be sent, and Pre-Conference Calls will be scheduled.
• Monday, October 19, 2026: Completed Speaker Agreements due to PPAI.
• Friday, October 30, 2026: All Pre-Conference calls must be completed.
• Monday, November 23, 2026: Final PowerPoint Presentation sent to PPAI.
