BV Pulse Survey 2026

The purpose of this survey is to obtain your opinions about your experiences in Bay View during the 2026 Bay View Assembly Program. All answers are confidential, and participation is voluntary. You may skip any questions that make you feel uncomfortable.

This survey should take no more than 10 -15 minutes to complete. Strict confidentiality of this data will be upheld. No identifying information will be connected to your responses. Specifically, all data will be stored in a password-protected computer; all applications and files are password protected.

Results will be presented by the Long-Range Planning Committee to the Bay View Executive Director to aid in her efforts to provide a program that meets your needs and desires. The Committee will also present key themes and trends to the Bay View Board of Trustees to support its oversight and strategic responsibilities.
