Before you get started you will need to have on hand some information about the device you are reporting on, e.g. device type, model, operating software, etc., as this information is important to us to understand how the AusAlert message appeared and behaved across different locations, mobile devices, networks, settings and circumstances. Even if you did not receive an AusAlert, please complete the survey.
