Thanks for your interest in hosting one of our Fall 2026 Coralus Remembering Gatherings!
Remember gatherings are informal opportunities for people to reconnect through stories and relationships. Every gathering will be a little different, shaped by the people who come together and the place/people who host them.
If you are keen about hosting whomever you are flocking with to remember a specific activity that had a significant impact on you (2020 Global Summit, Rooted in Your Story, Racial Justice Working Group, Voting, Queer Collective, pods, retreats…), or simply wanting to sink into what has moved you in your SheEO/Coralus experience, we’d love to invite in your memories so we can recognize the conditions that allow for us to create new futures.
Before completing the form, here are a few things to know:
- Location: You'll see a list of suggested cities and dates on the Remember Gatherings page, but if you'd like to host elsewhere or at a different time, please let us know in the form.
- Setting: A home is wonderful, or any welcoming space that feels more like a living room than a boardroom.
- Food: We ask hosts to coordinate a simple shared meal or refreshments. This could be a potluck, cooking together, takeout from a favourite local restaurant, or something else entirely. It doesn't need to be elaborate, and costs can be shared by the group.
- Hosting: Your role is to welcome people, help create a warm and inviting atmosphere, and participate alongside everyone else. You're part of the gathering—not responsible for running a formal event.
