Help shape the future of the neighborhoods around Graham Street Station

The Graham Street Station Area Plan will set a 20-year vision for the neighborhoods around the future light rail station. In this survey, we want to share our initial land use and urban design concepts for the Graham Street Station Area. The study area for this survey is shown in the map below.

Timeline
  1. Summer 2025 – Reconfirming community vision and identifying opportunities and challenges
  2. Spring 2026 – Transportation Projects
  3. Summer 2026 – Land Use and Urban Design (we are here!)
  4. Early 2027 – publish draft Graham Street Station Area Plan
  5. Mid 2027 – publish final Graham Street Station Area Plan
  6. From 2028 – Implementation by various agencies
  7. 2031 – Sound Transit opens Graham Street Station
