Call for Calendar Art

Arts4All Florida invites Florida artists with disabilities, ages 18 and up, to submit artwork for our Call for Calendar Art. Thirteen images will be featured in the Arts4All Florida 2027 Calendar. The calendar will be distributed throughout Florida by Arts4All Florida.

To Submit Artwork:
Please complete the information below and either attach your artwork images below (images may need to be resized to be uploaded- max 25 mb) or email high-resolution images to mboye@usf.edu; limit of two submissions per artist. Please title your email “Calendar Submissions” in the subject line.

To be considered, the following must accompany your images:

Your name, email address, phone number
Title of work and medium
An artist statement of no more than 75 words

Artwork Guidelines:

Horizontal, landscape images only.
Original, family-friendly content is welcomed- no AI and no licensed characters, please.
Artists may submit up to two images which were not selected for previous calendars.

9. Installation/Release of Liability:
Arts4All Florida and Exhibition Partners or Facilities are not responsible for loss or damage during transportation, setup and exhibition of artwork. Artists should self-insure their artwork. Artists are responsible for shipping unless otherwise prearranged. Artist shall indemnify and hold harmless Arts4All Florida, Exhibition Partners, Sponsors and Facilities and their respective directors, officers, members, employees, agents and Independent Contractors from and against any and all claims, damages and liabilities incurred during artist artwork exhibitions, setup, and transportation. Submission of any artwork constitutes an agreement to all conditions of this entry form, including schedule and permission to photograph for publicity purposes. Submission of the entry form is an agreement to these conditions.
