Instructions:  A big part of the value of this assessment is in the conversations it can spark among members of the campus community. Therefore, it is ideal to engage with others on your campus to answer the questions.

If you want an initial sense of where you are and are unsure of any given response, then rate yourself low on that response. In the case of the checkpoints, do not check any about which you are uncertain.
