2027 Disability Rights Connecticut Public Input Survey

Introduction

Disability Rights Connecticut (DRCT) is a non-profit organization and the state's Protection and Advocacy system. We advocate for people with disabilities to make decisions for themselves, their independence, productivity, and integration into all aspects of community life. DRCT provides free advocacy and legal representation in certain disability cases where the legal rights of people with disabilities are being violated. The need for our services is growing and our funding is limited. We accept requests for our advocacy when they match our focus area(s), when we have available funding, and when we have the staffing needed to do the work.

If you care about the legal rights of people with disabilities in Connecticut, we want to hear from you! Your input on this survey will help us make decisions about what DRCT focuses on in 2027 and beyond. The survey is voluntary. Your answers are confidential and we will not ask for you for your name or contact information. The survey takes less than 10 minutes to fill out.

If you need an accommodation to complete this survey, please call 860-422-4220, choose English or Spanish, and dial #4 on the phone menu. Leave your name and phone number and someone will return your call to help you take the survey.
