26-27 Embodied Pluralism Campus Initiative Grant Application

The Embodied Pluralism Campus Initiative Grant offers a unique opportunity for middle‑management to senior‑level, student‑facing leaders who operate at the critical intersection of strategy and implementation. In these roles, you are already shaping institutional priorities while directly influencing the student experience. This grant recognizes that position as a powerful lever for structural change and equips you to deepen your impact. 

As a campus leader navigating complex institutional dynamics, working upward with executive leadership, across departments with peers, and daily with students, you are asked to hold multiple perspectives, competing priorities, and moments of tension. This initiative will support five campuses with $10,000 grants. Each campus application must represent two student‑facing professionals from cross‑unit teams applying as a pair. This grant will help selected applicants develop somatic, self-connection, and embodied leadership practices that strengthen their ability to lead with clarity, grounded presence, and relational skills. Through this grant, you will have the opportunity to: 

• Integrate the Embodied Pluralism Campus Initiative grant into your leadership toolkit, transforming pluralism from a concept you advocate for into a practice you model. 

• Build the internal capacities needed to foster respect across differences, cultivate authentic relationships, and sustain effective cooperation even in challenging institutional contexts. 

• Strengthen your ability to drive systems‑level change while enhancing pluralism literacy, interfaith leadership, and student capacity building across campus. 

This grant is designed for leaders who are ready to expand their influence, deepen their practice, and help shape institutional culture through grounded, relational, and strategically aligned pluralism work.
