Field Trip Sign Up Instructions

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION ON THIS PAGE BEFORE PROCEEDING!

This is the form for Colorado History Museum (formerly History Colorado Center) Field Trips during School Year 2026-2027.

• Looking for a field trip between October 12-16, 2026, March 29-April 2, 2027, or May 17-21, 2027? Those dates are our School Breaks!! For more information about visiting during those dates, please visit the School Break Field Trips Page.

◦ This is also a good option if you are coming from farther away, need a more flexible schedule, or want to self-guide!

• We ask that a teacher who will be attending the field trip be the primary person to fill out this form to ensure that your field trip is aligned with your learning goals for your students.
• We require booking at least two weeks in advance of your desired field trip date to ensure staffing.
